We, at Zions Bank, promise and commit to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Law was passed to protect children under the age of 13 from persons who might want to collect enough information to identify children, possibly for devious intent. Another purpose of the legislation is to prevent companies from selling or sharing said information about children with other persons or companies.
