Promise

We, at Zions Bank, promise and commit to comply with the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA). The law was passed to protect children under the age of 13 from people who might want to collect enough information online to identify children, allegedly for devious intent. Another purpose of the legislation is to prevent companies from selling or sharing said information about children with other persons or companies.

For any games, activities or contests on our web site that require a sign-on or ID, the player can create their own. If a participant should win a prize, then we will reply to that ID and ask to identify that person to get their prize to them. As required by COPPA, Zions will obtain written permission from the parents or legal guardian(s). If we do acquire identification for recognition purposes, Zions will neither give nor share the information with other persons or companies.
